**About the role** **FORTESYS SDN. BHD.** is seeking a talented **Operation Executive** to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will be based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations within the ICT industry. **Job Requirement**: - Diploma or Degree in Business Study, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields - Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably in similar job role within a related industry - Familiar with SAP systems is an added advantage - Willing to work beyond standard working hours and able to perform under pressure. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. - Physically fit and capable of performing manual stock checks and handling goods when needed. **Job Responsibility**: - Handle sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery. - Ensure all operational activities adhere to internal SOPs and external regulations (e.g. customs, safety, ISO requirements). - Assist sales, finance, and technical teams with operational-related matters when necessary. - Maintain accurate data in SAP systems related to shipments, stock movements, and orders. - Verify incoming hardware against delivery orders, purchase orders, and packing lists. - Ensure quantity and physical condition match records and report any discrepancies immediately. - Update inventory system accordingly upon completion of stock check. **What we offer** At FORTESYS SDN.
