**OPERATION MANAGER**

We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and target driven **Operation Manager** to be part of our team. You’ll will manage a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative support, coordinating operations, liaising with clients and ensuring effective communication skill and problem solving both internally and externally.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operational Strategy - Develop and execute the company’s operational strategies to ensure business goals are met.
- Team Management - Lead and coordinate the operations team, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Process Improvement - Analyze operational data and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
- Client Relations - Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing manpower and other related issues.
- Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, providing timely follow-ups and solutions.
- Team Performance - Oversee team members’ performance, ensuring productivity, adherence to standards, and proper grooming.
- Leadership - Set a clear vision for the team, fostering motivation and maintaining high levels of performance.
- Operational Efficiency - Ensure smooth workflow and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in day-to-day activities.
- Collaboration - Develop and nurture relationships with key industry partners to strengthen business partnerships.
- uProblem Solving - Address operational challenges quickly to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
- Other Duties - Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the business.

**Job Requirements**:
Required Language: Malay and English. Other language will be added advantage.

Good communication skills, pleasant personality & able to work under competitive environment.

Computer knowledge is a must.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

Foster and nurture strong public relations with clients.

Matured, committed, responsible and reliable

Preferably at least 4-5 years of related experience in a Managerial position

Required to travel as and when necessary

Possess own transport

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
