Roles:
(i) To support NPI Die Attach Engineer for new material / process / equipment for new packages / new products to meet the quality, yield, cost and time to market requirement.

(ii) To support NPI Die Attach Engineer on technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to Die Attach material and process

(iii) To assist and support NPI Engineer for Engineering lot/ Customer Sample built and DOE validation

(iv) To support Engineer on data collection for Assembly report completion and DOE validation

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**

- Bachelor's degree in Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months and above.
