**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Ensure quality assurance across all phases of software testing (functional, integration, system, UAT).
- Manage and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate payment-related requirements.
- Oversee test environments, test data, and overall testing process compliance.
- Drive automation where applicable to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship (for Test Manager / Senior Tester roles).

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in **software testing within the e-commerce payment domain**.
- Hands-on knowledge of:

- **FPX**:

- **DuitNow** (OBW, Consent, AutoDebit)
- **Mandate/DD**:

- **DuitNow QR**:

- **Cards** (Tokenization)
- **MyDebit**:

- **E-wallets**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in leading testing teams (for Test Manager role).

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
