Role : Chinese Speaking - Customer Service Executive

Location : KL office

We are looking for a highly motivated, positive-minded **Mandarin / Cantonese Speaking - Customer Service Executive **to be based at our Kuala Lumpur office. He or she will be assisting in the customer service operations of our KL and Hong Kong’s website and businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver professional customer service experience for online, offline and face-to-face interactions with customers at our retail store.
- Proactively identify customers’ needs, delivering service and satisfaction. In addition attends to their feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
- Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty
- Plan, coordinate and track deliveries of customers’ orders.
- Assist in stocks ordering and administrative works.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can work independently, flexible and able to adapt to any work situation, able to think critically and have reasonably good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.

Additional requirements
- 5-days work week and required to work 2 (two) Saturdays in a month.
- Must be available to work long hours during the 2 weeks leading to peak seasons - Christmas, CNY, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
