Manage and lead SCM EVAP production packing team to achieve on time delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
- Manage all SCM EVAP production packing line quality control activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality deviations.
- Ensure the products comply with the food’s legislation and legality requirement as per standard (quality standard, GMP, ISO, HACCP, FSSC 22K regulations)
- Following prescribed guidelines, control usage variances.
- Work closely with the other production section teams and the planners to plan and allocate labor and plant resources to meet daily supply requirements.
- Lead, coach, train and motivate the team in the achievement of Quality, Speed, Cost and People targets and practice MDWT L1 MBU at SCM EVAP Packing lines.
- Implement safety standard operating procedures and identify / resolve potential safety hazards.
- Maintains Safe and Clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains production data base and backing up data.
- GMP, 5S, Gemba Walk leader on responsible area.
- Fully comply to AGPRM and Asahi Way requirements.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement projects.
- To cultivate and encourage departmental employees towards a positive Quality and Food Safety culture through communication, training, feedback, engagement, and performance measurement.
- To consistently practice Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Hygiene Practices, maintaining plant Hygiene in compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP and AGPRM requirements at work.
- To participate and engage in Quality and Food Safety Culture related programmes such as communication, training, feedback, and performance measurement.
- Perform other duties assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)**
- Fresh/experience male graduate with a degree in engineering discipline or food processing.
- Knowledgeable in FSSC 22K, HACCP, ISO 9001, GMP and Production QMS. Good reading and communication skills.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve production and product quality problems.
- A dynamic team leader with competency to lead, train, motivate and monitor production staff to practice standard operation methods and production QMS requirements.
- Ability to be highly organized yet adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities both quickly and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
