**Customer Service & Sales Support Executive**:
- Answering and handling customers' inquiries.
- Prepare quotations within lead time and follow up on time.
- Process sales order and related documents.
- Follow up on new and existing customers to assure repeat sales.
- Follow up delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Planning, coordinating and preparing a site schedule for technicians.
- Daily Follow-up follow through on the due date for calibration items.
- Coordinate on the administration work to improve the workflow.
- Work closely with the sales team on sales related issues.
- Handle & prepare purchase orders, DO, statement.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Assist and support other daily administrative duties, operation tasks, entry, filling *documentation, receiving customer service calls etc.
- Perform receiving in the system compile all supplier invoice pass to finance department for payment process.
- Liaise with business partners, suppliers and prepare parcels for quotation, information or delivery etc.
Premier Calibration Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia based independent calibration laboratory accredited by SAMM (Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia) [Department of Standard Malaysia] to offer instrument and equipment calibration services around Malaysia and overseas like Brunei, Thailand, Singapore and others. Our calibration services covers calibration activities in both our metrology laboratory and on-site services at our client’s facility.
