**Responsibilities**
- Prepare bill of quantities, cost estimates, variations cost, monthly interim progress claims, project accounts, schedules, tenders and valuation for all assigned projects
- Prepare and monitor variation orders and works assessment
- Manage cost effective and savings of all assigned projects
- Source and negotiate costs with clients, contractors and vendors
- Measure and taking-off quantity
- Attend site meetings

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying / building / construction management / related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out / interior design firms
- Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract Administration
- Software skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Possess strong analytical, communications (oral and written), interpersonal, negotiation, organising, planning, presentation, problem-solving skills
- Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and work independently
