Position : Quantity Surveyor
Location: Solaris Mont' Kiara, KL

**Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Board of Directors.
- Able to work independently and assist the contract department for both pre and post-contract which include tendering exercises and preparing main contractor claims
- Attend tender and site progress meeting
- Communicate and liaise with consultants and subcontractors

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office, AutoCad
- Applicants must possess their own transport.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 4,000 to RM 6,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

**Office (5 days work week) : Mon - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
