Mont Kiara, WP Kuala Lumpur

RM4,000 - RM8,000 Per Month

**RequirementsEducation**:

- **Diploma or degree** in **Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,** or a related field.
- Able to speak in **English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin**.
- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **QS software** such as **CostX, AutoCAD, and MS Excel**.

**Experience**:

- **Entry Level**: Accepting fresh graduates.

**Availability**:

- Ability to **start immediately** is an **added advantage**.

**ResponsibilitiesContract Administration**:

- **Handle tendering and procurement processes**.

**Progress Claims Management**:

- **Evaluate and prepare project progress claims**.
- **Verify monthly claims** submitted by subcontractors.

**Payment and Variation Orders**:

- Ensure **payment certificates and variation orders** are **issued promptly**.

**Ad-Hoc Tasks**:

- **Perform additional tasks** as assigned by the superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
