Enforcement of Department’s ISO 9001:2015 policy and procedure. - Enforcement of ISO 14001:2015 policy and procedure. - Handle customers’ enquiry. - Solicit business from new / existing customers. - Work out quotation and send to customer. - Negotiate and close sales independently. - Collect documents / information / samples for new or repeat orders. - Request and submit sample or to demonstrate the correct way of using the product. - Draw / check / verify master cards’ drawings, design & specifications. - Work out monthly sales and collection forecast & submits to immediate superior by last day of every month. - Collect due payment, monitor customers’ payment terms & credit limits closely. - Attend & help to resolve customers’ complaints. - Attend and resolve discrepancy on D/O, invoices & other documents. - Update & submit daily itinerary and sales reports to immediate superior. - Co-ordinate all new models / new customers info to relevant persons / departments. - Carry out 5S activities. - Any other job functions as directed by Superior from time to time either in writing or verbal.
