**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of Shopee, Lazada, Foodpanda, and GrabFood platforms.

2. Regularly update product listings, prices, stock levels, and promotional banners.

3. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.

4. Administer our proprietary e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience.

5. Collaborate with IT and design teams to implement website updates, improvements, and campaigns.

6. Analyze website metrics to improve conversions and customer retention.

7. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.

8. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making recommendations for future strategies.

9. Generate regular reports on sales, website traffic, and other key metrics.

10. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.

**Role Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce platform management, preferably in the retail sector.

2. Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices.

3. Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.

4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
