*Responsibilities:*
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
- Actively assist in daily sales activities within MICE segments, to include site inspections, sales presentations.
- Responsible for overall project management covering planning, developing, organizing and implementing events.
- Supports the Director of Revenue in preparing the department budget as well as the resort's overall sales goals and strategy.
- Represent the retreat at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan.

*Job Specifications:*

At least a Diploma in related field.

Minimum 3 years sales experience working in the hospitality industry.

2 or more years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality.

Experience in handling corporate market and MICE.

Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.

Good organization and time management skills.

Posses own transport and able to travel as assigned by management.

Additional Information:
Experience as an event planner or coordinator are an added bonus

Fluent in written and spoken English

Willing to travel with last minute arrangement & to our retreat at Jelebu Negeri Sembilan

Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail

Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
