**Responsibility**
- Manage and maintain guest accounts, including updating contact information and processing payments.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to guests.
- Perform office-based administrative duties when require.
- Coordinate cleaning / laundry / maintenance with cleaner, maintenance & other team members.
- Handle and resolve guest requests/issues and ensuring prompt action.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards guests at all times

**Requirements**:

- Interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions
- Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
- Active listening and communication skills to handle patrons who may be upset
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments
- Ability to remain upright and stationary for long periods during a shift
- Proficiency in speak, read & write of Bahasa Malaysia & English. Other language such as Mandarin and etc shall be added advantages.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Off day on weekday.
- Working hour: Rotation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:
