- Job Purpose
Estimates total project cost at completion for complex projects & develops, updates and maintains project budget and forecasting and/or leads all cost control activities within a project, operational role.
Job Description
- Sets up Cost Control Procedures
- Sets up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs
- Estimates Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes
- Provides support to the Risk Manager to prepare the Quantitative Risk Analysis
- Approves commitment control and vendor/subcontractors invoice
- Assists Project Managers in optimizing and improving the budgeted profits
- Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up
- Generates monthly internal Project Management Review (PMR) / external status reports (client reports)
- Develops cash flows on monthly basis
- Develops statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals
- Complies with and implements both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards and policies, and other applicable company procedures
- You are meant for this job if:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience in related field
- Professional English
- Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Establish good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project team
