- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and accommodate peak shopping hours.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Understand customers' furniture needs and guide them through product selection.
- Provide detailed information about furniture features, materials, and benefits.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
- Demonstrate furniture functionality and answer any questions customers may have.
- Assist in arranging furniture displays to enhance the visual appeal of the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring furniture is properly showcased.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the store's POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver accurate information.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
