Proven track record in driving revenue growth in Southeast Asia, Middle East, or African markets.Strong network of industry contacts, including distributors and key decision -makers.Previous experience in a multinational coatings company or similar industrial B2B sales environment.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in target regions.Ability to lead remote teams and manage multi -market sales operations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.Willingness to travel
