As a Lead Finance Compliance, you will be responsible to lead the validation of certain Company financial controls, in alignment with External Audit as part of the Direct Assist Program.

As a Lead Finance Compliance, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting financial control test of effectiveness for cycles related to revenue recognition, supply chain and other financial reporting areas.
- Monitoring control test plan execution to ensure timely completion.
- Preparing all documents required, including reports of open items identified
- Conduct regular meetings with senior management to share status of the program and findings
- Assisting SOX Controllership team to assess control open item.
- Performing additional financial and compliance reviews required.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Have CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Have minimum 5+ yrs of related work experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control or big-4 public accounting firm.
- Great team member attitude and able to work across multiple assignments
- Able to fluently speak and write in English, additional language will be an advantage.
- Good communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to the respective audience.
- High level of integrity & analytical skills
