ASSIST IN INTERNATIONAL LICENSING AUDIT AND DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREPARATION AND PROCESS PURCHASE ORDERS AND DOCUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- TO LIAISE WITH VENDOR ON PROCURE GOODS OR SERVICES
- TO PERFORM DAY TO DAY ADMINISTATIVE UPDATE DUTIES
- TO COORDINATE WITH WAREHOUSE TEAMS ON THE SCHEDULES ORDER AND STOCK DELIVERY
- TO ASSIST IN GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS AND AD-HOC ASSIGNEMENTS
1) CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS AT LEAST DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION/ ACCOUNTING/ SUPPLY CHAIN / LOGISTICS.
2) FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
3) SELF-MOTIVATED, DETAILED ORIENTATED, HIGHLY ORGANIZED, METICULOUS AND COMMITTED TO MEET DEADLINES
4) PRCOESS AND METHODOLOGY ORIENTED
5) INDEPENDENT, CURIOUS, PRO ACTIVE
6) STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (ORAL & WRITTEN)
7) ABLE TO MULTITASK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
