**Job Descriptions**:
Procurement processes, planning and developing
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process as per requirement for various purchasing activities, ensuring cost effectiveness and quality standards.
- Source for the supplier with the best quality as well as most competitive prices to supply quality goods and services.
- Negotiate quotations with the most competitive prices, terms of delivery and the best quality materials;
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline purchasing processes and enhance operational efficiency aligned with business goals.
- Source for the best transport providers, putting into consideration flexibility and timely deliveries;
- Responsible for product quality control, internal customer interaction, supplier interaction.

Procurement delivery
- Timely and daily interaction with the transporters on deliveries to assess the status of the deliveries and give clear feedback on the same;
- Identify and establish strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and favourable pricing. Timely supervision of purchase orders for the various requested items until the goods received note is raised and the supplier fully paid;
- Conduct monthly supplier visits to assess their capacity to produce and supply goods as per demands and in the same regard share various improvement areas to the supplier;
Compliance
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost optimization and financial control.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier data details for audit purposes.
- Optimize procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Conduct market research to identify product and pricing trends.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5-8 years in procurement roles within manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or assistant manager capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, ERP system.
- Good negotiation and communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost saving opportunities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in **Mandarin**, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.
- Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
