To manage the administrative tasks related to procurement process activities
**Job Responsibility**
- Organize all total spend procurement documentation in an appropriate manner.
- Safe keep procurement and contract/agreement documentation in an appropriate manner.
- Assist in executing procurement process activities to meet KPI and fulfill customers’ basic needs.
- Manage all procurement administrative tasks to reduce non-compliance in procurement processes or contract expiry.
- Manage the administrative task, i.e. prepare LIF, LOA, and Supplier Contract for Director’s execution.
- Organize and safe keep all procurement documents in a proper manner.
- Issue or generate e-PO within 1 - 3 working days, with HODV/MTPC approved spend via QFA/Tender per LOA
- Supplier management: managing supplier deliveries and feedback suppliers respond to QA on the supplier’s performance (products/services).
- To prepare the Urgent Payment Request Form for critical Direct Materials invoices.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned to, etc.
**Skill and education requirement**:
- Diploma or equivalent in Admin, Purchasing, Logistics.
- Good Communication Skills,.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
- 2-3 years of working experience in Procurement/Purchasing in a Manufacturing industry/ Logistics environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
