**Key Responsibilities - Legal Executive**:

- Collaborate with the legal team to provide effective legal research and support on a wide range of company operations and transactions.
- Engage with various departments to ensure compliance with local regulations and equity crowdfunding laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertinent to crowdfunding and investment operations.
- Assist in the identification and management of legal risks within the business and propose proactive solutions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and efficient updating of company policies.
- Facilitate successful and timely completion of legal projects by collaborating with internal teams and external legal counsel as needed.

**Required Qualifications - Legal Compliance Expertise**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in a legal role within the finance or crowdfunding sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and excellent drafting skills.
- Proven ability to handle legal and compliance issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and corporate legal affairs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal team members clearly.
