Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Executive based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing clear and concise legal advice, and ensuring the organization's compliance with legal frameworks and regulations. The role involves a strong focus on property law, conveyancing matters, and general legal support for various company operations. Collaboration with internal teams and external legal partners will also form a significant part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and legal agreements
  • Strong knowledge of Legal Advice and the ability to provide guidance on compliance, risk assessments, and regulations
  • Experience or expertise in Property Law and Conveyancing processes
  • Solid understanding of overarching legal principles and practices in Law
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; professional certifications or an advanced degree will be considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and regulations applicable in Malaysia
