Job Description: Legal Executive
Job Responsibilities
  • Track, manage, and maintain company licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external consultants on licensing matters.
  • Prepare, review, and submit licensing applications, supporting documents, and reports.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for all licenses and legal files.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Support management on compliance-related matters and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle ad-hoc legal and administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in legal, compliance, or licensing matters.
  • Familiar with Malaysian regulatory and licensing requirements (advantage).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
