In your role, you are responsible to provide customer service to support customers’ enquiries related with insurance products. The role also involve recommending relevant insurance products to meet customer's needs.
**Make an Impact by**:
- Conduct **outbound calls** to cross market insurance products to customers.
- **Attend to inbound calls transfer** through general hotline or via WhatsApp channel to address customers’ queries on items relating to quotation, product benefits or other enquiries.
- Develop a deep **understanding across all General Insurance products** and the ability to assess customers’ needs through consultative conversations to recommend suitable coverage or products.
- Identify and build a strong **sales pipeline** for current or future sales conversion.
- Assist customers through the **digital buying processes**:
- Ensure all **engagement activities comply** with industry regulations and guidelines.
- To provide after sales
- services in the renewal of their current policy and address any other general enquiries in a timely manner.
- **Measure monthly engagement call performance** against SOPs and sales target. Thereafter, develop improvement plan for further review.
**Skills for Success**:
- At least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Equipped with basic insurance concept and principles certification will be added advantage.
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Willing to work on scheduled public holidays.
