Full Job Description
- Provide administrative related responsibilities to support and meet Managing Director needs in an effective and efficient manner.
- Manage and process travel arrangements eg visa, flight, restaurant and accommodation reservations for Managing Director.
- Coordinate with drivers and update daily schedule and daily travel arrangement for Managing Director and family members.
- Office maintenance - stock management for stationeries, refreshments, filing of documents, repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare presentation materials and business proposals for Managing Director.
- Organise and support events hosted by Managing Director (internal and external).
- Manage other ad-hoc tasks
- Anticipate the needs of Managing Director in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder in Secretary / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min 3- 4 years of experience working as secretary role.
- Experience in property and construction company would be an advantage
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines; have a sense of urgency for deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, Excel and Word.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
