15.1 Melaporkan diri kepada ketua jabatan

15.4 Memaklumkan kepada pelanggan secara lisan atau bertulis(whatsapp) sekiranya order tidak dapat dipenuhi.

15.5 Merekod data 'IN' dan 'OUT' setiap hari ke dalam sistem untuk tujuan pemantauan stok.

15.6 Membuat dokumen Delivery Order untuk semua barang yang dihantar kepada pelanggan.

15.7 Merekodkan tol pengangkutan lori syarikat untuk tujuan 'claim' bulanan dan diserahkan ke Jabatan akaun setiap minggu.

15.8 Menguruskan urusan tempahan untuk ujian berkala Puspakom dan Pemeriksaan lori

15.9 Mengemaskini salinan DO Biru dan Pink dan diserahkan ke Jabatan Akaun untuk di invoice dan pengiraan sales.

15.10 Kemaskini report KPI 100% On Time Delivery to customer setiap kali penghantaran ke pelanggan.

15.11 Kemaskini report KPI Zero of Premium Freight setiap kali penghantaran ke pelanggan

15.12 Kemaskini report KPI Zero Delivery Downtime to customers setiap bulan. 15.13 Menguruskan penghantaran barang keluaran kepada pelanggan dan menyemak atau merekod perjalanan dan penggunaan lori syarikat dan kontrak 15.14 Membantu bahagian akaun untuk proses pembayaran dan tuntutan bayaran dengan pelanggan.

15.15 Menyediakan data keperluan MRM kepada Pengurus PPE 15.16 Menguruskan permohonan kerja lebih masa di bahagian logistik untuk kelulusan pengurusan atasan

15.17 Menyediakan laporan mingguan Jabatan logistik untuk mesyuarat pengurusan setiap minggu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
