**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or above.
- Capable of communicating with diverse levels of individuals.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision, effectively communicating with all levels of personnel, and solving problems.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Planning and arranging slot bookings with ocean liners.
- Coordinate with the ocean liner, shipper, and shipper's agent on SI (Shipping Instruction), DBL (Draft BL), and OBL (Original BL).
- Ensure sufficient movement of containers for the shipper.
- Ensure that containers arrive in the Port Area within the specified time.
- Create an invoice for consumer billing.
- Follow-up on payment collection at the shipping line.
- Courier BL to the consumer.
- Data entry / document filing.
- To do any duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
