Our client provides a full range of freight and logistics services targeting end-to-end needs including Customer Brokerage, Air Cargo Service, FCL Services, Warehouse & Packing, Trucking, Clearance Service, Marine Insurance Brokerage and LCL Consolidation (Domestic & International). **Highlight**: - Annual Bonus - Company Trip - Medical Insurance - Career Development **Key Responsibilities includes**: - Arranging & overseeing export and import shipment - Arrange local and overseas transportation (Sea & Air) - Handle correspondence with local or overseas agents - Liaise with carriers/shipping agent to ensure shipment is delivered on time - Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers. - To liaise with customers for any inquiry/ Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers - Coordinating with operation team and plan for import & export materials - Daily co-ordination of operation and customer booking - Help manage current customer accounts. - Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls. - Maintain relationships with carriers and customers. - Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues. - Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers. **About you**: - Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. - Must be willing to work in Bandar Botanic Capital, Klang. - Minimum 1 year of related experience in freight forwarding / shipping or related fields. - Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. - Familiar with computer literacy and competent Microsoft excel - You're consider yourself an enthusiastic team player & high energy professional. - You have strong problem solving & planning/coordinating skills with sharp attention to detail. - You're having responsibility to own tasks and good communicator. **Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - Bahasa (preferred)
