**Secretary, COE Equal Committee**
- Secretariat for COE EQUAL
- To Prepare agendas in liaison with the chair and/or an agenda committee, monitoring the progress and scheduling the committee meetings.
- Ensure the meetings run smoothly according to the guidelines and TOR
- To brief the committee chair before the meeting to ensure that any matters arising anticipated and appropriate strategies for handling them identified
- To take the minutes of the meeting according to agree conventions and ensure that the necessary follow up action is taken
- To collect the reports from faculties and centers, review and extract for minutes for the meeting and follow up to close action items.

**ISO & GLP Certification (Main Responsibility)**
- Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to registration. Maintain and improve in line with MAHSA University vision and mission
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updates, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
- Update quality documents and communicate to faculties and centers in MAHSA University
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
- Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS
- Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities found
- Verify closure of non-conformities with certification bodies
- Hold quarterly audit performance meetings within MAHSA University
- Manage the audit nonconformity data base
- Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in all faculties, centers and departments

**Legal (Main Responsibility)**
- Legal
- drafting, vetting and revisions of MOU, MOA, Agreements etc. Court attendance (where required -specifically for consumer court)
- Providing legal advice as when required in MAHSA Group

**Equal (Additional** **Responsibility)**
- Ensure compliance with government and university requirements, related policies and business roles
- Collaborate with deans and heads of department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, related policies and business rules
- Liaise with deans and heads of department (Academic & Admin) to prepare documentation for academic programme accreditation submissions, assessment visit from MQA
- To support Director of EQUAL in co-ordinate the periodic internal audits of the academic provision in order to ensure the regulatory compliance, quality and efficiency
- Prepare a report and preserve documentation pertaining to audit

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
