- .Identifying new business opportunities: This involves researching and identifying potential clients or industries that could benefit from the BPO services offered by the company.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients: Business development professionals in a BPO company need to be able to develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. This may involve regular communication and collaboration with clients.
- Conducting market research: BPO companies need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition. Business development professionals may be responsible for conducting market research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Business development professionals need to work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure that the BPO services offered are meeting clients' needs and delivering value.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements: Business development professionals need to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure that the terms are favorable for the company.
- Representing the company at industry events: Business development professionals may need to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build the company's brand and generate leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
