**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead sales and business development activities for the assigned target market by developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales objective.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of customers to drive from opportunities to short term forecast to order fulfilment.
- Secure, manage and retain new and existing business through customer relations and services management to increase sales flow for the Company.
- Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through best sales practices, training and support.
- Develop healthy relationship with our ecosystem of alliances or technology partner to create sales opportunities.
- Focus on project follow up to management and finally on order closure.
- Take charge of sales related reporting needs and activities.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Studies/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar position as Account Manager or Channel Manager.
- Self-driven with goal getter and client focused mindset.
- Resourceful, independent and a team player who works well with all levels.
- Proven excellent sales record in various sector namely government, financial institution, GLC and corporate.
- Good communication (in English & Bahasa Malaysia), interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Hunter personality (aggressive, achievement oriented and high energy level).
