About the role

VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a contract role based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, where you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic opportunities for the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned product by following through from leads via customer visitation, enablement, seminars etc.
  • Develop the assigned brand partner eco system by identifying new partners, conducting co-marketing activities.
  • Increase the assigned brand existing partner eco system by expanding the customers focus products.
  • Assist partner in strategizing new business opportunities.
  • Identify a set of focus partners for the assigned brand to develop cross selling.
  • Plan and participate in vendor quarterly business review meeting.
  • Prepare and submit sales pipeline report to vendor and management.
  • Promote the assigned product by conducting regular product enablement and running incentive and promotions.
  • Maintain close collaboration with vendor, account managers and technical support team to identify and address customer needs.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in new business development, preferably in the Cloud technology industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results
