We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our institute's training and certification programs to corporate clients. The role focuses on meeting HR, Learning & Development (L&D) Managers, Training Managers, and Company Secretaries to introduce our in-house customised programs as well as public programs, with the goal of driving enrollments and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and approach corporate clients, professional firms, and industry associations.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, L&D Managers, Training Managers, and Company Secretaries to present our institute's training and certification offerings.
  • Promote both customised in-house training solutions and public certification programs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Corporate Governance, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or training/professional services
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
