**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development & Planning**:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market share in meteorite and Ammolite gemstone retail.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare business plans, sales reports, and forecasts to track growth and progress.
**Sales Leadership**:
- Manage and drive retail sales, both in-store and through other channels (e.g., online platforms, trade shows, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
**Retail Store Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and display of high-end jewelry and gemstones.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to meet sales goals and provide excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of gemstones, minerals, or meteorites is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, spoken and written in English

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
