**Job Scope**:
**Sales Strategy Development and Implementation**: Create and execute both short-term and long-term sales plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Set clear market expansion goals, establish sales targets, allocate sales resources efficiently, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Regularly assess business performance and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
**Client Relationship Management**: Foster and strengthen relationships with key clients. Conduct regular client meetings, engage in high-level contract negotiations, and ensure the promotion of long-term partnerships to support sustainable business growth.
**Team Leadership and Management**: Lead and oversee the sales team, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage performance evaluations to drive team success and achieve sales goals.
**Market Research and Business Development**: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and stay informed on industry trends. Proactively explore ways to expand the company’s market presence.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong ability to formulate and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with the companys strategicgoals.
- Proven experience in setting market expansion targets, allocating resources, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Expertise in managing and developing key client relationships, participating in high-level contract negotiations, and fostering long-term business growth with major clients.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in setting KPIs and conducting performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Deep understanding of market analysis, competitor monitoring, and the identification of new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic decision-making based on market trends and business performance.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
