作为销售总监,负责销售团队搭建和培养,销售目标制定,销售模型和市场分析,维护客户关系,推动公司的销售快速增长。We are looking for a Sales Director to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and training the sales team, setting sales targets, creating sales models and conducting market analysis, maintaining customer relationships, and driving rapid sales growth for the company.

7. 生成定期销售报告,并向高层管理层汇报结果。
8. 与市场营销、产品开发及其他部门协作,以提升销售业绩。
9. 为销售人员开发培训项目,以提高技能和知识。
10. 识别并追求新的商业机会,以扩大公司的市场份额。
**Job Scope**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring team members meet or exceed quotas.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Generate regular sales reports and present results to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to enhance sales performance.
- Develop training programs for sales staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of industry and market trends.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
