**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and negotiations with clients.
- Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- **Fluency in English is required.**:

- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
