We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of **SOX Manager.**

The role supports the Head of MYH Finance Strategy and Execution in the following areas:
1) Local SME for all SOX matters.

i) This includes working with stakeholders to ensure compliance to SOX requirements, working with Group and Regional Finance SOX to improve, streamline and strengthen SOX governance in a changing environment.

ii) Continuously educate local stakeholders to appreciate and embrace the compliance culture.

2) Support MYH CFO in the capacity of Risk Steward delegate for Financial Reporting Risk assessments.

3) Key liaison for PWC Auditors and support the administration during the course of audit reviews.

4) Support MYH Finance assurance reviews and/or internal audits.

5) Key liaison for Finance PLAs with other Malaysia entities (ie. KLT, LBU and HBMS).

6) Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of intended outcomes, with accuracy and in a timely manner.

**Impact on the Business**
- Ensure quality control on overall SOX process level documentation (including alignment to Group documentation standards) & sign-off to facilitate
- certification by CEO and CFO.
- In liaison with both process owners in Finance and with SOX coordinators in country business & function teams, ensure end-to-end documentation of
- SOX in scope processes are updated, validated and compliant to COSO principles. This will include offshoring activities, where applicable.
- Support Risk Steward (Country CFO) for Financial Reporting Risk; including but not limited to monitoring of controls, risk map reporting, look across
- exercise, attendance at country Finance risk and control forum, country representation at regional Risk Steward Oversight meeting and perform review
and challenge on Finance Risk and Controls Assessment.
- Conduct walkthrough/desktop reviews and assurance testing of SOX in scope processes (as per FIM guidelines) to assess the design and operating
- effectiveness of SOX controls.
