Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote fertilizers and other agricultural products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the agriculture sector.
- Plan and participate in agriculture expos, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Create promotional materials, social media content, and advertisements.
- Build and maintain the brand image of the company within the farming and agriculture community.
- Identify and approach potential customers such as farmers, cooperatives, agro-dealers, and plantations.
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales and long-term satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Provide after-sales support and handle any product-related concerns or feedback.
- Keep track of competitor activities and market pricing.

Key Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (knowledge in agriculture is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage field visits or site promotions.
- Willing to travel frequently to rural and farming areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
