**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. End to end process of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
2. Training & Development (HRDF)
3. Compliance management (Policy & Procedure)
4. Payroll Administration, SQL payroll system
5. Administration
i. Monitoring stationery stock level on a monthly basis
ii. Responsible for small office furniture and equipment requested by the staffs
by making comparison with vendors and proceed with purchase
iii. Monitoring cost and expenditures of office utilities (TNB, SYABAS, Air
Conditioning, IWK, Rental, Photocopy Machine)
iv. In charge of season pass parking for all offices
v. Monthly cleaning services and monitor cleaner works
vi. Any other related tasks instructed by superior
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
1. At least 1 - 2 years solid experience in HR
2. Detail oriented
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Multitasking
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
