**Summary of responsibilities**:
Provide high-level support to the Executive Director by managing schedules, travel, and communications. Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics. Act as a liaison with stakeholders, handle confidential matters, and support project tracking and follow-ups.

**1. Executive Support & Administrative Duties**
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Take minutes during high-level meetings and follow up on action items.

**2. Communication & Stakeholder Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the ED and internal/external
- stakeholders.
- Draft, review and edit communications on behalf of the ED.
- Liaise with board members, senior executives, government officials and partners as
- needed.
- Ensure timely response to inquiries and requests.

**3. Meeting & Event Coordination**
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings and corporate events.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials and background documents.
- Arrange logistics (venue, IT support) for meetings and events.
- Attend meetings when required and ensure follow-up on decisions.

**4. Travel & Logistics Management**
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas
- and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements.
- Ensure seamless coordination of logistics for business trips.

**5. Project & Task Management**
- Assist in special projects, research and strategic initiatives as directed.
- Track timelines, deliverables and progress on key assignments
- Anticipate needs and proactively address administrative challenges.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (ACCA, CIMA), Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, prior internship or part-time experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with accounting
- software (QuickBooks) or data tools (Python, R, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
