**Responsibilities:

- **
- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle issues or service needs.
- Conducting vehicle inspections and listening to customer descriptions of problems.
- Providing cost estimates for repairs or maintenance services.
- Advising customers on recommended services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating service timelines.
- Communicating with technicians about the scope of work required.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
- Explaining repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of services provided.

**Requirements:

- **
- Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, or related fields.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in computer skills, including the use of automotive software and systems.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
