Position : Safety Officer (Green Book)
Location: Solaris Mont' Kiara, KL

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994, FMA 1967, and other relevant regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP).
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate and report on all accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts. Recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct meetings, safety briefings, and training for workers and subcontractors.
- Assist in emergency response planning and coordinate evacuation drills.
- Promote a strong safety culture by leading by example and encouraging safe work practices.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a valid Green Book (registered with DOSH as a Safety & Health Officer).
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a **main contractor in large-scale construction projects.**:

- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage workers and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in preparing reports, site safety documentation, and audit findings.
- Able to work independently and under pressure at project sites.
- Willing to be at site and work in rotation as per project requirement.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM5k - RM7.5k
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Upon confirmation, get group medical card, trip reimbursement if more than 80km traveling, can give accommodation near to project but for single person only, mostly married people won't commit to this

Working Days: Monday to Saturday & Alternative Sunday **(Sunday is rotation based. A schedule will be provided when projects come in, and staff will rotate duties accordingly. Sunday work typically 1-2 times a month, depending on the project needs.)**
Working Hours: 9am-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
