**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming and outgoing calls politely, providing great service and confidently handling customer complaints.
- Respond promptly to EZ Connect and EZ Protect inquiries on WhatsApp.
- Handle full settlement requests and arrange for sending redemption items to customers.
- To perform telesales for Life Insurance Product.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in any field.
- Minimum **1 year** of working experience in Auto Finance industry.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
