The **Sales Support Assistant** plays an essential role in supporting the Sales Department through accurate documentation handling, internal coordination, and ERP management. This position focuses on ensuring a smooth handover process from sales to service delivery by maintaining proper records, verifying documentation, and assisting in communication between departments.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Administration & ERP Management**
- Maintain and update the ERP database accurately to ensure all client and prospect information is current.
- Assist in scheduling follow-ups and reminders for the sales team to ensure timely client engagement.
- Support Sales Department and Consultants by updating the ERP system, maintaining communication logs, and preparing progress reports.

**2. Documentation & Application Processing**
- Organize sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements for internal review and client submission.
- Ensure all client documents are properly compiled, verified, and submitted in accordance with company compliance standards.
- Assist in collecting and organizing KYC and supporting documents for internal handover to compliance or operations teams.

**3. Coordination & Internal Communication**
- Liaise between the sales, compliance, and operations departments to ensure smooth transition from sales closure to service delivery.
- Support the Sales Department in handover documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required files.
- Follow up with internal departments to confirm completion of assigned tasks or pending deliverables.

**4. Reporting & Monitoring**
- Track and escalate any delays or discrepancies in documentation or client processing to the respective team leader.
- Ensure all deadlines, renewal reminders, and reporting requirements are met promptly.

**5. Administrative & Support Functions**
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all sales-related documents, both electronic and physical.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling all client information and internal records.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum academic level:**Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)/ SPM**:

- At least **1-2 years of working experience** in sales coordination, administrative support, or corporate services.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** and **CRM systems**.
- **Excellent command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is compulsory.**:

- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
