Job Descriptions - Organize and perform general maintenance request and complaint. - To plan, arrange and monitor maintenance daily activities. - To perform maintenance services such to do daily technical inspection round. - Carried out repairs and preventing maintenance works of the equipment, building and other facilities. - Ensure all M&E assets and common area in the building are in good condition. - Resolve breakdown & emergency maintenance tasks some of which may require action outside of normal working hours. - To ensure servicing contractor/vendor carry out proper maintenance and check on their servicing works. - Perform other duties as per requested by the management. - Ensure safety and health policies are required. - Experienced with Condo Management. - Standby 24 hours.
