SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to converse WELL in ENGLISH, BM and MANDARIN.

Other dialects will be an added advantage.

2. Must possess minimum Degree in Biotechnology/Biology/Molecular Biology or equivalent.

3. No experience is required. Training will be provided. (Must be able to arrange accommodation in Klang, Selangor for basic training, duration approximately 1-2 months)

4. PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

5. Able to travel (own transport) occasionally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To provide high standards of patient-centered care and explanations of available infertility treatment/s (IUI, IVF etc)

2. To liaise with a multi-disciplinary team comprising of doctors and nurses in the care of patients.

3. To ensure effective communication within the department on matters related to patient care, services delivery.

4. To perform maintenance of patient's record and documentation.

5. To update patient's follow up.

6. To assist doctors in explaining ART procedures and costs to patients, monitoring of ovarian stimulation and luteal phase supports given to patients.

7. To answer enquiries.

8. To monitor IVF payment collection.

9. Assist in translating Mandarin / other dialects.

10. To perform Semen Analysis.

10. To perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coordinator from time to time.

11. To assist with day to day operations of the Clinic / Centre when necessary (eg Cashier, Receptionist, Assisting Dr etc)

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
