Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist doctor and manage clinic's operations and administration.  Maintain proper patients' records.
  • Assist doctor to conduct pre-employment medical check-ups and follow-up on special medical cases.
  • Notifying Corporate Office of any staff recruitment, absence or resignation.
  • Maintaining staff and doctor's leave record and submit quarterly report to Corporate Office, ensuring records are updated and report submitted.
  • Managing staff duty roster and submitting staff overtime and allowances claim to Corporate Office for month end payroll processing.
  • Provide coaching or training to new hired staff in accordance to SOP with regards to the clinic work routine, equipment handling and process work flow in systematic way as well as coordinate and assign other senior staff in guidance.
  • Conduct staff interview, appraisals, confirmation and counselling where applicable with or without Doctor involvement according to the management directive.
  • Support and perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management by performing the task to the best of one's ability as and when required.

Competency/Skills Required

  • Possess at least Diploma in Business Study, Account, Management or other related.
  • At least 3 - 5 years related experiences in clinical, administration function or retail.
  • Able to coordinate and facilitate the teams and work groups as well as able to liaise with relevant authority and different level of staff, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Familiar with Profit and Loss Statement will be extra advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Computer literate.
  • Can manage staff.
