Job Description

  • To lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
  • To optimize the best use of available resources (i.e. people, products, and systems), while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns.
  • To coach Branch Supervisors and/or Captains on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organization's objectives.
  • To optimize knowledge competency and skills proficiency of all outlet crew at the highest level with training and currency refreshers.
  • To be responsible for keeping the outlet's hygiene and cleanliness is kept at the highest standard at all times.
  • To be responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality of the highest standard at all times.
  • To achieve high morale, good spirits and teamwork in the outlet by impartially rewarding merits and meting out disciplinary penalties.
  • To achieve high productivity level in the outlet by constantly reviewing the manning level, the work schedule and the assignment of duties.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant hospitality certifications, or equivalent qualification in Service, Hospitality, or F&B fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Service, Hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Professional and adaptable in providing beverage service in a family karaoke service line.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Good in time management, able to multi-task, prioritize and delegate effectively.
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
  • Able to work independently or lead a team to achieve outlet goals.
  • Willing to work on shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Preferred working Location: Klang Valley & Georgetown, Penang
